The Therma 20 Catering Kit is a professional catering thermometer kit that has been specially designed for the food and catering industry. This piece of equipment represents superb value for money and includes a range of items for measuring and recording temperature.
The kit is supplied within a practical ABS carrying case and contains a temperature log book. probe wipes and a traceable certificate of calibration. It includes the Therma 20 thermometer which measures temperature in the range of -39.9 to 149.9C. to an accuracy of 0.4C in the -10 to 70C range.
