This Stainless Steel Perforated Pizza Peel is part of the Napoletana line of small pizza peels perfect for turning and taking out pizza.

It is composed entirely of stainless steel enabling high frequency use in extreme oven temperatures without any loss of performance. The larger thickness ensures maximum hold while the handle and base sliding grip are composed of high density polymer with excellent performance and heat resistance.

A specific fitting on the handle base can block the interim element and make it available up high when the small peel is rested head down.
