The front mounted controls on this free standing fryer ensure that it can be operated safely whilst the hinging element with safety cut-out provides easy access for cleaning. The fryer tank are fully welded to the hob for extra strength and a smooth seamless finish. The thermostatic control with fail-safe top temperature cut out will maintain an accurate oil temperature. The front drain tap allows for the fast and easy drainage of oil without blockages.
