The Gourmet Food Probe Thermometer is an easy to use folding probe thermometer which is perfect for monitoring cooking. cooling and food holding temperatures. This helps to ensure that food complies to the HACCP and health and safety standards.

This water resistant thermometer has a stainless steel probe and will measure temperature in the range from -39.9C to 149.9C. It is compact and pocket-sized and incorporates two push button switches (on/off and hold). The Gourmet food probe thermometer also features a CalCheck function which is activated by pressing the on/off and hold buttons simultaneously when switching the instrument on.

This thermometer will last for a maximum of 3000 hours if used continuously or if used for 2 hours a day on every day of the week. will last for a minimum of 10 years. It has a folding penetration probe that conveniently rotates through 180 to fold back neatly into the side of the instrument. allowing for it to be safely transported.
